Email communications will ONLY be responded to during these hours.

How do I place an order or book a service?

Orders and services are booked online. If you would like to book a service that is not listed please email me at: info@teachingittril.com

What is your refund policy?

Books: If your book arrives damaged please file a claim with the United States Post Office for reimbursement. Teaching it Trill does not accept financial responsibility for books which are damaged in postal transit.

 

Tee Shirts: Teaching it Trill uses Printful to print and distribute tee shirts. Tee Shirts which are damaged and/or the wrong size must be returned to Printful by the customer. 

Workshops & Services: All services rendered are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Under NO circumstance will  a refund be given. If for any reason clients cancels service, no payment will be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by you, "THE CLIENT". All payments will be served as a cancellation fee.

All consultations require a nonrefundable deposit. 

What is I miss a workshop/consultation?

Teaching it Trill does not accept responsibility for missed workshops and "no shows".All services rendered are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Under NO circumstance will  a refund be given.
