How do I place an order or book a service?
Orders and services are booked online. If you would like to book a service that is not listed please email me at: info@teachingittril.com
What is your refund policy?
Books: If your book arrives damaged please file a claim with the United States Post Office for reimbursement. Teaching it Trill does not accept financial responsibility for books which are damaged in postal transit.
Tee Shirts: Teaching it Trill uses Printful to print and distribute tee shirts. Tee Shirts which are damaged and/or the wrong size must be returned to Printful by the customer.

Workshops & Services: All services rendered are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Under NO circumstance will a refund be given. If for any reason clients cancels service, no payment will be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by you, "THE CLIENT". All payments will be served as a cancellation fee.

All consultations require a nonrefundable deposit.

Consultation fees will be deducted from your project cost.
What if I miss a workshop/consultation?
Teaching it Trill does not accept responsibility for missed workshops and "no shows".All services rendered are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Under NO circumstance will a refund be given. If for any reason clients cancels service, no payment will be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by you, "THE CLIENT". All payments will be served as a cancellation fee.
What is the turn-around time for my workshop/course or grant proposal?
Most projects take 7-14 business days to complete from the date of the "paid in full" receipt. Please review the business days and times. Project updates are sent upon request.

An additional rush fee of $200 will be required to rush your project.
